What we build

One crew from the estimate through the final clean-up. When a job needs a licensed electrician or plumber, we bring in someone we have worked with for years and manage them — you still have one number to call.

Smaller jobs and repairs

Plenty of what we do is not a full remodel. If it is carpentry, or it is keeping weather out of a house, it is worth a call.

  • Rotted trim, sills, and door frames
  • Soft or springy subfloor
  • Storm damage and insurance repairs
  • Deck boards, railings, and stairs
  • Skirting panels and access doors
  • Punch-list work another contractor left behind

Pricing

How estimates work

Estimates are free and itemized — materials and labor listed separately, so you can see exactly where the money goes. We walk the job in person before quoting anything, because a number given over the phone is a guess, and guesses turn into change orders.

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered. The balance is due on completion. Any change to the scope gets written down and priced before we build it, so the final invoice matches what you agreed to.

Not sure what you need?

Describe the problem — or text us a photo of it. We'll tell you what it actually takes to fix, even when that answer is that you don't need us.
